1. Billy Kwong

My husband and I ate at Billy Kwongs about 3 years ago, they had just opened. It was noisy, it was a bit cramped, but the food was amazing and overall the experience was great. We went back twice while we were there. It was also byo at the time and there was a bar just across the street where you could pick up a bottle of wine. Prices were really reasonable for both quality and quantity.
