SURRY HILLS.   Longrain serves up trendy modern Thai cuisine in a converted warehouse with communal tables and black bar stools. The ambiance is loud, and service is fast. Menu highlights include betel leaves topped with prawns, peanuts and roasted coconut, and soft-shell crab with banana blossom, crisp garlic and sweet fish sauce.
