5. Le Petit Creme

INNER CITY.   As the name of this French café might suggest, the signature dish is the "petit creme" – a latte served in a bowl. If you're looking for something more filling, try the ham and cheese sandwich with fruit or the house's chocolate croissant. The small interior can get noisy, so ask for an outdoor table in the courtyard if you want peace and quiet. TRAIN: Kings Cross station.

The tucker here is pleasently memorable. I suggest the smoked salmon eggs benedict as their hollandaise sauce is excellent. Don't miss this cute little place when you are in Sydney.
