CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.   This upscale restaurant is located in on the top floor of the Chifley Tower, affording stunning views of the city. Four to six course prix fixe menus offer Australian dishes such as tandoori-marinated quail breast, yabbies poached in saffron bouillion, vension medallions, snapper fillet with scallop ravioli, and braised Wagyu beef with black beans and coriander. Tables set with crisp white tablecloths are strategically placed by large windows, and wood floors shine in the abundant light. The Degustation menu was fantastic. Everything about the food and wine was excellent, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
