3. Buon Ricordo

Incredible food with excellent wait staff but attitude-a-plenty from the Madame Maitre d'e and sommeliere. A wonderful wine list but don't expect to enjoy the wine service if your choice is under the $100 mark. The tables are tight - be warned if you're offered the table near the bar, you will have staff and other diners running into your table and reaching across you all night. It's a shame that they had to squeeze so many tables into the space and ruin what could be Sydney's best Italian food.

I have traveled the world and eaten at 3 Michelin*** places, and the best thing I have ever eaten is the truffle infused egg with fettuccine. The service was excellent; the chosen wines by the sommelier were perfect. The only downfall I would say if the dolce. But if you have an affogato and then follow that with a grappa, you can't go wrong. Benne benne benne!
