INNER EAST.   Sisters Nicole and Simone Zimmerman spearhead the shop that bears their name. They also design the clothing and swimwear that you see. The clean, open shop, which carries one of Australia's most established labels, features whitewashed walls, large floral displays, and glass cabinets. It courts a large following of well-to-do types, who crave the stylish designs and bright bikinis the company is known for. The garments are also sold in Barneys and Saks Fifth Avenue in New York.
