The Dinosaur is a Syracuse institution, beloved by all. Favorite "palate igniters" include the fried green tomatoes and the catfish strips. Lunchtime entrees include a pulled-pork sandwich platter served with macaroni salad and tomato and cucumber salad, while dinner diners tend to favor the pit-roasted chicken and ribs, served with your choice of two sides.
