A renovated 1840s Federal home makes the perfect spot for this elegant restaurant where you dine on candlelit tables covered with crisp white linen. The staff are attentive and well-versed in helping you select a wine off the auspicious list – more than 300 are available by the bottle and 20 are available by the glass. You will want some food to go with your wine, and each season there are new choices that incorporate the freshest seasonal ingredients. Game and beef are specialties here, but there is also a good selection of seafood dishes. The grilled duck breast is rubbed with fragrant seasonings and served with butternut squash ravioli and mixed vegetables. Every dessert is homemade.
