DOWNTOWN.   Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at this authentic French restaurant, located in downtown Syracuse. The owners and charming waitstaff are all French, which adds to the atmosphere. Meals are served in the informal downstairs bistro; diners may also reserve a spot in the formal upstairs dining room for Friday or Saturday dinner. The meals will transport you straight across the Atlantic. Breakfasts are centered on eggs, with the egg-white omelet being the most popular item. For lunch, try a baguette sandwich stuffed with meats, cheeses or just oil, herbs and vegetables. Rack of lamb, roasted duck breast and beef tenderloin are just a few of the dinner entrees.   (© 10Best)

They seated us after ignoring us for 5 minutes. It was very empty and cold. There was very little service, no menu recommendations. The menu was predictible and basic, yet the prices were through the roof. When we finished eating, our server left the empty plates in front of us for 20 minutes, while she folded napkins. Why? There were no customers. We could hear screaming from the kichen over the music. We would have had coffee, but didn't want to give up another half hour to be served. For one appetizer, two dinners (one was at room temp), and two house wines our bill was $100 with tip. Way too much to be ignored!!!! I know Paris and this is not it. Cluttered, loud, and over priced!!!!!!
