I-81, EXIT 23.   This busy mall – central New York's largest – is home to more than 150 stores and a cinema, in addition to a large food court and a renovated 1909 carousel. More than 15 million annual visitors come here to shop at large department stores such as Best Buy, H&M, Lord & Taylor and JC Penney. Specialty shops include Hallmark, Brookstone, J.
