DEWITT.   Shoppingtown Mall, with its 130 shops, two-tier carousel and cinema, offers most of the advantages of Carousel Center Mall without the crushing crowds. This laid-back spot has a JC Penney in addition to specialty shops such as Dakota Watch Company, Gymboree and Pet World. There are also a variety of jewelry, shoe and clothing stores.
