DOWNTOWN.   The smell of freshly baked bread greets your nose before you even arrive at the parking lot that is home to this open-air market. Fifty vendors gather each Tuesday in the Spring, Summer and Fall to sell handicrafts, organic produce, homemade goat's cheese and canned chutneys and preserves.
