DOWNTOWN.   Downtown workers in business suits dine beside leather-clad Harley riders at this ribs and barbecue joint. The Dinosaur is a Syracuse institution, beloved by all. Favorite "palate igniters" include the fried green tomatoes and the catfish strips. Lunchtime entrees include a pulled-pork sandwich platter served with macaroni salad and tomato and cucumber salad, while dinner diners tend to favor the pit-roasted chicken and ribs, served with your choice of two sides. BBQ is good. Beer is plentiful. And the live music is classic! Really gets you up and dancing (or at least tapping your toes).
