Angotti's might be small on frills, but the food is home cooked and delicious. Portions are big enough without being oerwhelming. The Veal Cacciatore special is excellent; my husband gets it eery time we go there! My husband is used to his mom's home cooked italian food, and he loes the food here. Also, the prices are great! Highly recommended (although I have become one of those locals who doesn't want to tell too many people!).

We found that Angotti's red pasta sauce was way too salty for our taste buds. If they lightened up on the salt shaker, it would be fantastic sauce! thank you.

After reading the reviews online and in the paper, we were sorely disappointed in Angotti's. The special of the night, calamari over linguini was greatly overcooked and tasteless. Other dishes (lasagna, stuffed shells) were ruined by a red sauce that tasted of little but salt. Fettucine in White Cheese Sauce was gobbled up by my 11-year-old but we adults thought the sauce was remarkably bland. Nothing like the great meals we remember from traveling in Italy.
