NORTH SALINA.   Veal and seafood are the specialties at this festive Italian spot, located in the up-and-coming North Salina area of Syracuse. Clams and mussels are available with a variety of sauces and preparations for appetizers. The house signature entrée is "scamppollo." A boneless chicken breast is stuffed with jumbo shrimp, smothered in secret recipe sauce and baked. The owner's favorite dish is Veal Nicholas. There are several pasta and vegetable dishes to satisfy vegetarians, and charbroiled steaks are available for the "meat and potatoes" crowd.   (© 10Best)
