10. The Columns

PARK AVENUE HISTORIC DISTRICT.   As the oldest house built in the city, The Columns is a prevalent stop on Tallahassee sightseeing tours. This long-standing brick beauty was built by banker William “Money” Williams. In opposition to its demolition, the Chamber of Commerce revamped the historic Tallahassee attraction as its office in the early 1970s.
