7. Annual Springtime Tallahassee

The Buzz -- With March comes this free downtown event that's a celebration of spring in Tallahassee in all its glory. Local pride is evident, from the galas and breakfasts that mark the beginning to festivities like the Grand Parade, Arts & Crafts Jubilee and various events commemorating the city's colorful history.
