4. Rita's Italian Ice

Rita's is an east coast franchise that just opened a location in Tallahassee. They serve italian ice and frozen custard (gourmet soft serve ice cream), and they serve several great products like the Gelati, a mix of ice and custard, and the Misto shake which is like a smoothie of italian ice. Its a great new place, and its very inexpensive compared to other ice cream places. It's ideal for a date or to take the family.
