2. Carl's On The Parkway

This is a brand new restaurant that opened where Nino's restaurant used to be. The food prepared by Executive Chef David Morton is outstanding! The menu runs the gamut from Rack of Lamb to Quail to some of the best steaks we had ever eaten. Finally, Tallahassee has a true fine dining restaurant. Best of all, the drink prices were very reasonable, the wine selection was great (and growing), and the meals are affordable!! A little out of the way but WELL worth the drive!
