when I was 17 years old, George instructed me through a month long workshop, an experience paralleled by none. An atmosphere of tranquility, spontaneity, and beauty. Guided by a kind and hard working teacher, from heart to hand to clay, I am forever grateful for this man.

As a resident of Sopchoppy, I am very amazed at the artistry and craftsmanship of George's pottery. Not only does he claim supporters nationwide but even more so locally. SunCat Ridge is unique and a world unto its own. There is a peace and serenity that brings even the first time visitor back for more.
