The Buzz -- Shop for a cure! Join Saks Fifth Avenue and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation October 15 – 18, 2009 for the KEY TO THE CURE shopping weekend. During the 4-day event, Saks Fifth Avenue in WestShore Plaza will donate two percent of sales to benefit breast, ovarian, uterine and cervical cancer research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Kick-off Party: Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009 - 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Shopping weekend is Oct. 15-18, 2009 The Patron party will take place Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009 at the home of Cheryl and Harvey Adams. A special kickoff party will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. A distinguished committee of volunteers will join Saks Fifth Avenue and Moffitt Cancer Center by hosting a private VIP reception. Saks Fifth Avenue will close its doors for this exceptional event. The KEY TO THE CURE kickoff party is an enjoyable atmosphere filled with delicious food, wine, chance drawings, and of course fabulous shopping. Relax and spend an evening with friends, while contributing to a worthy cause.
