Fabulous, fresh, healthy, upscale fare. This is where my friends and I take our guests from the big cities to dine, it makes a first-class impression again and again.

this place is a total joke! cheap ingredients, terrible service! Its all smoke and mirrors with this place Dont waste you're money. I am very well traveled and eat at many fine restaurants all over the country and this place is the pits the owner has a terrible disposition and the food is chain quality at best. I can't believe anyone would waste a dime in this place the food is just not there at all!

I eat in 30+ states & overseas each year. BT is that "local" eatery that welcomes travelers & I imagine locals. BT's cuisine offers an easily accepted journey into an exciting alternative to restaurant/bar scenes. The wine selection is an appreciated alternative. Service & atmosphere is genuine, not programmed.
