5. Sam Seltzer's Steak House

We went to Sam's for supper and had to wait for 75 minutes to be seated, and people would come in and they had a card they showed from where they were staying and they only had to wait for 25 minutes. And I don't think that is right to have to wait for them just because we live down here. We eat there year round and they are here for a few weeks.

Our family of six went for Father's Day dinner to Sam's near tyrone mall. we waited almost an hour to just give our order, and another to receive food. Only the larger cuts of meat were available. My husband and i found our baked potatoes burned, and it looked as if the prime rib was cut exquisitely thin so there would be enough to serve everyone. we will not go back. i hope the short cuts were worth it.

We visited Sam Seltzer's Steak House on a recommendation from the hotel we were staying in prior to boarding a cruise in December 2001. We just recently had the opportunity to be back in Tampa and due to the wonderful experience we had at your establishment in 2001 felt there was nowhere else we wanted to dine. The staff are the friendliest and really act like they enjoy their jobs there. They were very accomodating to our group of 9 persons. We will visit Sam Seltzer's again if the opportunity ever arises again. Thanks,
