SOHO.   Spanning from Hyde Park and Palma Ceia down to Bayshore Boulevard, Tampa's SOHO district provides everything from restaurants and shopping to trendy living spaces. South Howard Street specifically offers great Tampa stores and boutigues, featuring vintage clothing spectacles, art galleries and a smorgasbord of other specialty shops.
