TELLURIDE.   Named for the elevation of Mountain Village, 9545 affords diners a sophisticated, European-style setting where they can take in glorious views and sample some of the area's finest cuisine. Start off with an Oregon Dungeness crab cake before moving on to more serious affairs, like sake-marinated Snake River Farm pork tenderloin with spicy ginger-pear chutney or roasted garlic and rosemary crusted Maverick Ranch rack of lamb with goat cheese polenta.
