TELLURIDE.   Located just off the lift at Mountain Village, this popular Italian restaurant draws big crowds for both its wonderful cuisine and its spectacular views of the rugged San Juan Mountains. During the day, the scene is casual, as folks stop by right off the slopes for wood oven-baked pizzas, salad plates, and pasta specials. Once the sun goes down, however, the mood turns upscale. Bottles of fine wine appear on tables alongside salmon risotto, grilled and marinated sirloin with gorgonzola, and veal scaloppini with mushrooms and Marsala wine.
