Since its start in 1995, the NASCAR truck racing series has been sponsored by Craftsmen, but as of the end of the 2008 Season, Craftsmen no longer sponsors the race. The new sponsor, Camping World, also sponsors individual NASCAR races. The Camping World Truck Series is different from the Sprint Cup Series and the Nationwide Series in that the NASCAR drivers race modified pickup trucks. The 2008 NASCAR Craftsmen Truck Series winner, Johnny Benson will be back to defend his title in the 2009 Camping World Truck Racing Series.
