THE DOCKS.   Romantic. Elegant. Candlelit. Cousino's Navy Bistro, with its nautical motif, is one of the dressier restaurants at the Docks. With large windows that overlook the river and outdoor seating available, this upscale restaurant offers diners fine American cuisine and great service. I don't know what it is, but I've never been impressed with the food at Navy Bistro. NOW the Sunday brunch is ridiculously good and off the hook...but other than that, I never pick this as my fine dining option in town. Nothing is terrible, at least not in my humble opinion, however there's better options for around the same price or slightly more

This restaurant is solely relying upon its location -- which is quite nice and exciting -- but the food is average, the service often below average, and if it is a crowded Friday or Saturday night, the service takes many hours and the poor servers are dreadfully overworked and stretched out. Avoid if you do not have all night to dine.

Stopped in for a drink and thought the place was appealing so we decided to stay for lunch. Bad idea. The soups were good, but entrees a mystery. The crab cakes were a disappointment and the grilled Ahai Tuna salad was dry throughout. The Ahai could have been anything and the salad had no dressing. Stick with drinks and dine elsewhere.
