Broken Windshield at Wild Water Kingdom
Very dissapointed about this park. Do NOT recommend it to anyone!! My family and I went there on Aug 16, 2009 and at the end of the day when we got to the car, we found out that the front windshield was broken with a Orange Pizza Pizza Golf Ball. I went to the office and complained about it and they just filled an incident report. They don't want to pay the damage of my car. After a week and a half of calling, leaving voice messages and e-mails to the Senior Manager, I got a call from a Lady who offer me free passes to the park. Are you joking me? Are you punishing me more? or You want my car damage again? After a bad experience I will never go back to this water park, and would never ever recommend to anyone!!! I was inside the park in the mini golf area, and no one was attending the play area. The balls were in a basket and the clubs were on the floor, pretty much you can take any golf balls and hit them as in a golf range?? I must say that you pay $8 for a dusty gravel parking lot; pay for the rent of the tubes; some slides weren't working; batting cage weren't working; only one bumper boat was working (your kid got to bump her or himself); pay for a rusty small locker rent if you want; and last but not least, forced to buy food and drink inside because you are not allowed to bring food. Do not go there, you will loose your money, time and will have a bad experience...

Wild Water Kingdom Theme=Soulless and Cheap
This has to be the worst excuse for a water park that I have ever seen. To start, visually the place looks like a 1970's trip gone very wrong. It is clear that the park owners have absolutely NO concern for the appearance of their "kingdom." Secondly, the pools seem to be downright unsanitary; as my boyfriend suddenly scrambled out of the water he noted that he had seen one too many hairs and unknown objects floating by. Next, the service is ridiculous, as the park is essentially run by uninterested prepubescent-looking teens who seem more compelled to make obnoxious faces at their co-workers than to be of any help or social purpose to the park guests. In addition, park policy was entirely soulless. On the day we came out to the park, this magical place had the nerve to admit over 4,000 people. Not only was it impossible for us to go on more than a few slides without having to wait in ghastly lines, but we also found that the park had run out of tubes for rent. As the only vaguely concerned teenager informed us after we had stood in line for over a half-hour waiting for non-existence tubes: "I'm sorry, but we've run out. There are only 1,000 tubes in the park and we have over 4,000 guests today." So we decided not to walk through the overcrowded "Lazy River," as walking sort of defeats the lazy purpose and we said farewell to the tube rides which we would not be able to try. The last disappointment was the main "beach" in the middle of the theme park. I think the theme here was: CHEAP. The beach is not made of sand or even astroturf but some greyish-black mushy looking surface. There are no umbrellas or shade trees here but just an open area in which one might lounge with his/her presumably reptilian friends. I have seen similar materials used in lizard aquariums. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that I did not spend full price on my tickets. If I had, I would have been spitting fire by the end of the day. Not recommended unless you have ABSOLUTELY nowhere better to go.

I took my family to Wild Water Kingdom, summer of 2007 for the day, I was SOOO disappointed in the whole ordeal. I had my sons life jacket stolen, the place is dirty, the washrooms were out of service, I would not recommend to anyone.
