The view isn't the only far-reaching aspect of Canoe. The contemporary Canadian menu may take its cue from fresh regional produce, but preparation and flavor combinations are globally inspired. From appetizers such as seared bluefin tuna with wasabi caviar, straight through to desserts like ricotta-hazelnut blintz accompanied by lindenberry preserves and maple-chai ice cream, the international influence is unmistakable. Traditional steaks and chops are also excellent, and sides are always inventive and flavorful.

First time at canoe... went for winterlicious.. All courses were amazing... the dessert a sticky toffee pudding was to die for... service great, the waiter was very informative and knowledgeable........ parking below the tower though at lunch time not recommended as Canoe only stamp for night time..our parking was $28. thats my only complaint but we will know better next time.. The view is fab and as we had a window seat took full advantage

Service 5 excellent: Without notice, my waiter perfectly paired a rare saki, reds, whites, and fortified wines to the entire"fish" tasting menu. Superb experience all around. Highly recommended.
