MISSISSAUGA.   This small Canadian chain has fans across the country, and one look at the cheerful decor explains why. Cora's trademark smiling sun and colorful atmosphere perk up even the grouchiest of hungry patrons. The wide variety of crepes and eggs Benedict doesn't hurt either. Everything is served with a mountain of bright, freshly cut fruit. Lunch consists of about 20 choices, from gargantuan egg salad sandwiches to roasted turkey and cranberry sauce to big salads chock full of the season's best produce. This restaurant was pleasant but has some problems. At the end of the meal there was a hair in my meal. The hot chocolate was a mix, but the service is obliging and friendly. When I told the server about the hair, she deducted 1/2 of the course - this is not acceptable. To rate this place higher than Bonjour Brioche is a joke.
