DOWNTOWN.   Award-winning chef Don Duong has a reputation for making the most fabulous wedding cakes, cakes that are gorgeous to look at and heavenly to eat. But he’s no slouch when it comes to every day cakes and desserts. Just as much effort is invested for each mini dessert as for a full size cake, so everything is beautiful, with swirls, flowers and chocolate ruffles. A lovely place to enjoy a light lunch, followed by a little individual, egg-cup size chocolate shell filled with mousse, or a mini-cheesecake.
