DOWNTOWN.   Celebrity chef Jamie Kennedy opened this casually sophisticated spot to rave reviews, and the bravos haven't stopped. The experience is communal – there's an open kitchen in the center of the room, flanked by bar seating and shelves lined with jars of preserved local fruits and vegetables. The tapas-style menu takes advantage of local produce – depending on your appetite you can snack on a single dish or sample several for a full meal.
