DOWNTOWN.   Style is at the forefront at Kultura. The renovated historic building has a lively bar on the ground floor and a more relaxed dining room on the second. The style is small plates – the table shares a series of globally-inspire goodies like jerk spiced chicken risotto, lobster confit with yuzu and lime oil, grilled polenta with blood orange oil, tandoori beef with tamarind and coconut, oxtail croquettes, and even edamame.
