2. BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival

The Buzz -- In April, boaters start to get ready for Road Town's annual Spring Regatta. It's a seven-day event that starts with a welcome bash and features a number of races, with an eclectic assortment of crafts vying for the race's top spot.
