3. 4th Avenue Street Festival

The Buzz -- Fourth Avenue is a hub of activity every day and most evenings, but it becomes even more bustling in March and December when the biannual Fourth Avenue Street Festival takes place. The numbers are incredible: 400 arts and crafts booths, 35 food vendors, four music stages, a plethora of street entertainers, myriad kid's activities, and numerous rides and attractions. All of these components attract 200,000-300,000 people over three days.
