15. EMVIA Prickly Pear Festival

The Buzz -- A new signature event for Tucson -the EMVIA Prickly Pear Festival. An evening event, suitable for the whole family, it celebrates the Prickly Pear harvest, the winding down of the summer, and Tucson’s birthday! There will be music, prickly pear information,a beer garden, arts and crafts booths and fun for the whole family. Great Food, Plenty of free parking and no worries for possible monsoon downpours as the event is covered. Entrance is $5 for adults and includes one free drink (soda, beer or margarita), and is free for children 11 and under.
