Awful Service
This place is often out of ingredients and so the last time I had to actually call to find out if they had a key ingredient in one of my favorite sandwiches. They said they did and so I asked the man who answered the phone what time they serve lunch until. His response was 5 PM and so I told him that I would see him shortly before then. At 4:30 PM, my husband & I drove through the drive-thru and placed our order. The next thing we know, one of the workers told us that they were not serving lunch anymore ! Why in the world would their drive thru be open and they would tell me on the phone that they serve lunch until 5 PM... I have no clue. I asked to speak with the owner, who was not there. Minutes later, an angry cook said that he would make us our lunch. I've been going to FioRito's since I was a child and I will never go back there again. This wasn't the first incident with them and the first time that the people there were rude and/or out of key ingredients. The owner obviously needs to shape up or ship out !
