FOOTHILLS.   One of Tucson's favored destinations to wine-and-dine important clients, Sullivan's boasts a classic '40s-era steakhouse look and style – from dark wood furniture and accents to white tablecloths and a smooth-playing jazz ensemble. Expectedly, beef is the specialty, and Sullivan's chefs most assuredly know their cuts. Premiere selections include the New York strip, Kansas City strip, and a Gibraltar-sized porterhouse. Lovely B-Day Dinner We enjoyed a lovely dinner, excellent service for 6 of us including my birthday mother (now 77), grandmother of 101.5 and our every need was met - attentive but not overly so staff and yummy filet and lobster; lobster bisque and garlic potatos and asparagas great. DEFINITELY would recommend; pricey but for special dinner - or if you just have the discretionary cash GO FOR IT. Can't go wrong!
