What an awesome little place. Cocoyaya is one of those small family owned restaurants that has all the charm and friendliness, and it also has the most amazing food. They specialize in Mexico City Style, so I suggest that if you want to try something new and absolutely delicious, this is the place. I loved the Mole Poblano, Rajitas en crema and their unique Yaya Taco. Every time I go I try something different, so far... so GOOD!!!

Taste of Texas steaks are fabulous. The ribeye is very popular with the regulars, as is the four cuts of prime rib. Taste of Texas coats the prime rib in an herb crust and slow cooks it 18 hours until it is so tender it could melt in you mouth. Along with the other 14 steaks, they offer sweet potatoes as a side. This laid back restaurant, exudes a real, comfortable western feel and attitude.

Javalina's is a friendly, neighborhood coffee shop with the best coffee and espresso drinks in Tucson along with tasty cookies, pastries, muffins, and cakes. And it's the best venue in Tucson for live acoustic music. They bring in Tucson's top musicians on Friday and Saturday nights, and when the weather is nice enough, the musicians perform out on the patio under the stars. They've really got all of the bases covered...you can stop in on your way to work in the morning for a quick mocha, meet with clients in the afternoon, and come back in the evening to play games, surf the internet, or listen to great music in a nightclub-like atmosphere in the evening. It's cozy and comfortable and always welcoming.

The interior and atmosphere of the restaurant aren't the greatest. It's located inside of a hotel lobby and I believe they have another location in Tucson. The service is fast and you can tell it's a family business. The best thing about the place is the food is excellent!
