1. Sharky's on Brookside

This place has been a staple on Brookside as long as I can remember. It has had it's ups and downs over the years, but while everyone else has come and gone, Sharky's has remained. Ya gotta figure they're doing something right. The place just feels like a comfortable neighborhood bar where most of the customers are regulars. It may not be as trendy as some of the other places on the block, but if you just want to go out in jeans and a t-shirt, play pool or shuffleboard and have a drink, meet up with friends in the back room (where you can actually get a drink without waiting forever) it's the place.
