This is the freshest sushi maintaining utmost quality along with traditional as well as innovative. Chef Nobu is outstanding

By far the best sushi in Tulsa. "In the Raw" is the sushi bar at which to see and be seen; but Fuji's attentive staff and varied menu beat it hands down.
