DOWNTOWN.   The works of contemporary local, Canadian and Native Inuit artists are featured in this prominent gallery located in the former provincial courthouse. The works of British Columbia painter Emily Carr (1871-1945), Canada's famous "Group of Seven," and European masters are displayed in exhibitions in the gallery's permanent collection. A Children's Gallery offers art workshops while other programming includes interpretive performances, art demonstrations and guided tours.   (© 10Best)

I found the exhibits average and less than impressive, with one important exception: The Emily Carr exhibit was very good and made the visit worthwhile alone. Without it, not really worth a visit.
