12. Fair at Pacific National Exhibition

The Buzz -- Beginning mid to late August and running through early September, this festival has origins dating back to 1910. If you cross a county fair with its prize-worthy livestock and agriculture, rides, stalls and attractions; a trade show with sponsored exhibits; a nightly fireworks display and the PNE Prize Home – you have the Fair at the Pacific National Exhibition. There is even a province-wide talent search where kids, teens and adults compete to be the next Vancouver Star Discovery! Something for everyone to enjoy at historic Hastings Park and the surrounding venues.
