DOWNTOWN.   Located in a late 19th-century hotel, this venerable club has been delighting Vancouver folks for decades now. Rhythm-and-blues soulfully stakes its claim at the place, which offers everything from planned performances to free-form, weekend jam sessions. Folks from the area share the stage with internationally-renowned talents, including folks like John Lee Hooker, Charlie Musslewhite, George Thorogood and Jimmy Page.
