Chef-owner Montri Rattanaraj extends a warm welcome to diners at this long-time local favorite. Dedicated to traditional flavors, he has hard-to-find ingredients flown in from Bangkok so as not to compromise the authenticity of the dishes. The seven-page menu assures there is something for every kind of eater, and spices can be adjusted according to individual preference. Start with Tod Mun, fish cakes prepared with curry paste and topped with green beans, move to chicken "swimming angels" in peanut sauce, or local salmon in thick red curry and coconut sauce.
