 EDITOR REVIEW: DOWNTOWN. Though the interior of Republic practically shouts industrial with a London twist, the surprise is the array of menu items which are elevated pub grub such as yam fries, seafood munchies and delectable sweets. The dining crowd is a mixed bunch, but as the night wears on, the beautiful people pack in to groove to a vast selection of music that is as expansive as eclectic.
