(based on 2 user ratings)  EDITOR REVIEW: ROCKLAND / FAIRFIELD. You can always tell when the baker is passionate about what he or she does, and it's more than obvious at Bubby Rose. The variety alone is impressive and ever-changing, and they are always trying new combinations and coming up with great flavors. If you're lucky, they'll have baked French toast when you visit. Their cinnamon buns are legendary, but if you're a fan of bleu cheese don't miss the bleu cheese and apple croissant. Other yummy things to try include rugelach filled with raspberry jam and white chocolate, apricots and almonds, or walnuts, cinnamon and brown sugar. The daily quiche is reliably good, as are the breads and the coffee comes from Discovery Coffee. 10Best User Reviews
