Rude staff
I went here once to pick up pizza - never again. The pizza was not bad - but the one staff person I had to deal with was gruff and rude - he seemed to have a bad attitude and acted like he was doing the world a favour by working there.

Tasteless
Overpriced. Lack of toppings, tasteless, inconsistent in quality

I don't know whether I would put this in the Italian section, as it isn't an italian restaurant but actually take out pizza. In any case, it is the best pizza in town....their italian sausage topping is my favorite. But their prices have crept up over the last few years, which prompts me to try elsewhere every once in a while....but I always come back
