I ordered the high tea. Everyone else’s food looked fine. I saw women with a yummy looking scone. We got our high tea. It was sad, the scones were small tasteless and had a rubbery texture. Everything else we could have gotten off of a sandwich truck at a construction site!! The owner or manager was rude, leaning on the table getting in my face. We politely paid for our tea and left. We went out to Adrian’s at Matix farm and it was cheaper and amazing!! SOOO GOOD!!

One of the nicest places to sip tea or coffee in Victoria. Sit outside and people watch in the summer, or cozy up inside in the winter. The desserts and pastries are some of the best you will find in the city (try the almond croissants or the extra large rum-balls). They also have great soups and very unique and delicious sandwiches. Quick service... but there is almost always a line-up at this wonderful establishment. I'm not surprised.
